INCON's Digital Hub: Spotlight on AI, Web3, and the Creative Economy

INCON is a partnership of leading conference organisers and association management companies. We are committed to providing insights on emergent technologies and trends, aiming to keep clients informed and prepared in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. At IMEX booth #A450, we are thrilled to introduce our digital hub, where experts from our partner organizations worldwide will shed light on three paradigm-shifting topics: AI, Web 3.0, and the Creator’s Economy.

David Granite from our partner MCI explains ‘AI offers a plethora of tools that the events industry can leverage to streamline operations, enrich content, enhance communication, refine decision-making, and promote growth’. From blockchain to decentralized applications, Web3 can aid organizations in cutting costs, making data-driven decisions, and fostering innovation. The Creator’s Economy is revolutionizing the creative process from ideation to design. Utilizing the latest technologies can help your event and your organization distinguish themselves and achieve their objectives, whether it's designing a new logo, launching a website, developing an event marketing campaign, or planning a comprehensive marketing strategy. We now have the means to execute these components in innovative ways.

Technology enables us to be more efficient, but more importantly, it can free our minds, creating an environment in which we can think more spontaneously. These new tools inspire us but also gives us the time and space to innovate, to bring more value to projects, and ultimately to be more satisfied. Angeles Moreno, Country Manager from our partner AIM Spain said in a recent article ‘escaping the routine execution of repetitive tasks can be liberating, providing the open mind-set necessary to re-imagine our work and to facilitate innovation

We all need to be open to rethinking and refreshing comfortable methods and processes, recognising that unfamiliar ways of doing things may in fact offer opportunities. However as aptly said by Shaun Daws from our partner Arinex: ‘AI-powered technology brings with it a world of opportunities, but we need to decide how we are going to use it to shape our industry before it is imposed on us from the outside.’

As we stand on the brink of profound change, we eagerly anticipate engaging with clients, suppliers, and third parties to collectively navigate the future. IMEX presents a prime opportunity to engage with visitors at our stand to discuss these groundbreaking technologies and how they can be harnessed to make our roles more enjoyable and our processes more creative and efficient. We plan to gather our insights from these interactions and subsequently host a series of webinars echoing these themes. We believe that by sharing our expertise, we can empower clients and partners to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, innovate, and stimulate growth. We invite everyone interested to join us for an INCON technology collaboration forum at our stand #A450 on Wednesday 24th May at 11.30 or drop by when you have time during the show.  Those interested in the webinars taking place post IMEX can sign up on the Digital Hub.
