INTRODUCTION

INCON ran a series of virtual learning lectures and exchanges on topics of relevance to their teams. This 2023 theme was: Tools, Techniques & Trends. The program focused on polishing our skills so we are ready for the ever changing and increasingly competitive events industry landscape and learn how to respond to the changing face of customer service. We looked at learning new techniques and tools to present and communicate, to be efficient and focused on our goals and to respond to our client needs.
