MCI Releases 2024 Report Showcasing Human-Centric Innovation and Global Impact

Under the theme humAIn, the report outlines MCI’s strategic integration of technology and people-first values, reflecting a future-forward approach to events, engagement, and experience design. The group delivered over 5,100 projects for 1,210 clients across 34 countries, achieving €574.5 million in turnover and earning 42 awards for excellence in marketing, events, and innovation.
Key highlights include the adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and the launch of SwitchAI — a next-generation learning platform that boosted employee engagement by 70 percent. MCI also expanded its global presence with new offices in Mexico and Colombia, recorded a Net Promoter Score of 69, and received an EcoVadis Silver Medal for sustainability performance.
