WHAT WE DO:
EGA Worldwide - Congress & Events has been responsible for the organisation of some of the most important national and international events held in Italy and their quality and professionalism have been tested by over 5000 clients and guaranteed by more than 40 years activity in the industry.
In the last decade EGA has built a strong experience in EU Framework contracts, in institutional and economic missions abroad and as technical partner for Expo 2010 and 2015 events.
The 35 permanent qualified professionals give the same experience, care and attention to all participants from 10 to 10,000. The DMC division works for the corporate market with the aim of developing the Italian cultural heritage combined with high-level tourism.
Emma is considered the pioneer of the congress industry in Italy. She is involved in training and teaching at university level and has published several articles on congress organisation.
She actively participates in many professional associations and represents EGA in most international organisations. She is also involved in public relations' projects.
CEO of EGA, Claudia Golinelli is responsible for the new business, for the coordination of the most important projects with Institutions and Public Administration, and, as Finance and Contracts Manager, also for contracts and the company’s financial-budgetary management.
At "Tor Vergata" University of Rome, she is professor of Tourism Economics and Management and is responsible of the School of Cultural Heritage in the Tourism Market and professor in Territorial Marketing at the School of Planning and Management of the Tourism Market. She is also professional accountant and auditor.
