"… with more than 24,000 participants from all over the
world, the 3rd World Water Forum was a huge undertaking - the largest
international forum of its kind on diverse water issues. JCS was
fully and confidently in charge of all aspects of the conference,
from arranging schedules and facilities at each venue, staging some
351 sessions, handling the many VIPs who attended, as well as providing
all the security necessary during a very sensitive period when the
military conflict with Iraq was underway …..Making such a large
event not only happen, but end up successfully requires patience,
stamina and great ideas. We were extremely pleased to find that
