Serenas Tourism is a division of the Serenas Group, a leading PCO and DMC in Turkey, providing all types of meeting and event organization services. With headquarters in Ankara, Serenas Group has offices in Istanbul and Northern Cyprus.

Serenas Group is a one stop shop offering full project management including; operational and logistical management, social activity and special event management, as well as incentive trip coordination, financial management and sponsorships, full travel and ticketing services, creative graphic and web design, stage and exhibition booth design and construction, multimedia, video production and networking as well as on-line registration and abstract submission, part-time staff management and transportation.

Serenas Group has extensive experience in organizing small to large, moderate to high profile meetings or events. Our clientele include medical associations, pharmaceutical companies, corporate
organizations as well as governmental organizations.

Serenas Group consists of five companies to support its core company Serenas Tourism providing congress management. Frame provides technology and creative solutions, Dekoras provides interior design, constructional and decoration solutions, Adors is an IATA member travel agency providing ticketing services and  Medyas provides PR and media services.

Furthermore, Serenas Group recently started her activities in hotel management and now manages the only 5-star chain hotel in Northern Cyprus, Mercure Cyprus Hotel Casino & Wellness Resort.
